Ashiatsu Bar Therapy

Deeper than Deep Tissue

In ashiatsu, the practitioner uses their feet to deliver long, gliding strokes. The name comes from the Japanese, ashi for foot and atsu for pressure. This technique typically uses multiple parts of the feet and offers deep, broad pressure that is perfect for clients with general tension who simply can't get enough pressure from conventional massage.

Please note: because of the increased pressure involved in this technique, it is not recommended for pregnant women and the medically fragile.
